Jessica achieved her Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Communication Science Disorders and minor in Music, from St. John's University in New York City. She achieved her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from City University of New York's Brooklyn College. While studying for her Master's, she was a Graduate Fellow of her program, providing her with experience as an adjunct professor and administrator.
Jessica has been a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for over 10 years. Throughout her career working in outpatient clinics, special education schools, people's homes, and online, she has worked with patients and students of all ages with various delays and disorders. She has also worked for years as a licensed Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities.
In addition to speech therapy, she has experience in leading recreational drama classes for adults with disabilities. This includes conducting group activities and helping facilitate musical theater productions.
Jessica is passionate about a patient-led approach to intervention, finding each person's individual strengths and building upon them. She is committed to working closely with your family and everyone on your loved one's team to achieve best outcomes for therapy. She is dedicated to bringing creativity and positivity to every session, to help your loved one's communication skills bloom and grow! ✿
Jessica currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and her dog. She enjoys spending time with loved ones, practicing yoga, playing music, and being in nature.
